150 circulating supply, with an additional 50 tokens for treasury, partnerships, and team allocation.

The token will be the equivalent of PHP 50,000 (~$920-$930). The exact mint price will be announced closer to mint date to take into consideration the USD exchange rate in mind.

Keepers Bar was built to be shared with the community. Initial capital was spent to build and operate the Bar to date. Mint funds will be utilized to cover initial capital expenditures, working capital for operations, the continuous improvement of the space, development of the tech, and the building of the community.

Projections

Holding the token will bring you exclusive access to Keepers community gatherings, Web3 meetups, and partner events from Keepers’ wide Web2 and Web3 startup network.

Holders also get access to VIP level discounts, a special Dish of the Month, and the right to avail of a FREE one-time redeemable events package worth PHP30,000 (more info coming soon!).

A certain percentage of Keepers Bar profits will go to a community treasury fund where the community decides where the funds will go.

Given the relatively high mint price of the NFT, we aim to curate the mintlist to community members who intend to find value in the network, experience, and benefits the token has to give - and do not intend to flip it.

The Mintlist is a simple application form just to ensure you have done your own research, and truly intend to mint.

Introduction to NFTs, Ethereum, and USDC

Ethereum

Ethereum is like a big computer game where people can make their own special digital things and trade them with others, just like trading stickers or toys. And all the special digital things are kept safe in a special place called a blockchain, so no one can cheat or steal them. And the game has its own special money called Ether that people can use to buy and sell these special digital things.

In other words, Ethereum is a decentralized, open-source blockchain platform that enables the creation of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) with its own cryptocurrency called Ether (ETH), which is used to pay for transactions and computational services on the network. It allows for automation of complex processes, the elimination of intermediaries, and the creation of decentralized apps (dApps) which are not controlled by any single entity.

USDC

USDC (USD Coin) is a type of stablecoin, which is a digital asset that is pegged to the value of the U.S. dollar. In other words, the value of 1 USDC is intended to always be equal to 1 U.S. dollar. USDC is issued by regulated financial institutions, and it is backed by U.S. dollars held in reserve. It is built on the Ethereum blockchain and is an ERC-20 token, which means it can be easily transferred, stored, and traded on the Ethereum network and supported by Ethereum wallets.

USDC is mainly used for trading, remittance, and as a store of value. It's aim is to provide a stable means of value transfer and storage, while leveraging the benefits of the blockchain technology.

An NFT, or non-fungible token, is a type of digital asset that is unique and cannot be replicated or replaced. On the Ethereum blockchain, NFTs are created using a smart contract, and they can represent anything from digital art to collectible items to virtual real estate. Because they are unique and stored on a blockchain, NFTs can be bought, sold, and traded like physical assets, and they can also be used to prove ownership and authenticity of digital assets.
